90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your smile. If you're not satisfied with your Elio Reyes order for any reason, you can ask for your money back within 90 days of the day your order is delivered.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our Contact us page, or email customerservice@elioreyes.com. Include your order number and a short note on what went wrong.
- We'll reply with your return instructions, usually within 2 business days.
- Once your return is approved, we'll refund you.
Please don't send items back before you've contacted us. Items sent without contacting us first can't be matched to your order.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund on your account.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us within 90 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Cancellations
To cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
